Promote the interest and sustainability of swimming among people with special needs. Enable swimming instructors to gain a deeper understanding of swimming techniques and teaching methods for people with special needs, obtain professional qualifications, and provide development opportunities. Encourage more aspiring swimming instructors to dedicate themselves to serving the community by teaching swimming to people with special needs, and provide training for those who aspire to become teaching assistants and volunteers in swimming instruction for people with special needs.

Unit 2: Various Disorders and Disabilities: Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability and Multiple Disabilities, Autism and Sensory Integration Disorders, Limb Disabilities, and Other Frailties
Unit 3: Performance Assessment for Individuals with Special Needs
Unit 4: Techniques for Carrying People with Special Needs - Land-based and Water-based Carrying Methods

Members with recommendations from schools, relevant institutions, or organisations that require employment will be given priority consideration or
Members with relevant work experience are guaranteed to receive related services after graduation (at least 10 training sessions per year).
Upon completion, an award will be given:
Swimming Teacher Certificate for Persons with Special Needs
Upon completion of the course, the candidate will be awarded a professional title by the organising committee.
